Brunswick wins Inclusive Healthcare Initiative Award at the Pride in Diversity Awards 2026
Queer Bits wins Inclusive Healthcare Initiative Award at the Pride in Diversity Awards 2026!
We’re delighted to share that Queer Bits has won the Inclusive Healthcare Initiative Award at the Pride in Diversity Awards 2026.
The Pride in Diversity Awards celebrate the outstanding individuals and communities driving meaningful change across Yorkshire. These awards shine a spotlight on our region’s most inspirational diversity champions by amplifying their voices and recognising their unwavering dedication to building a fairer, more inclusive society.

Accepting the award on behalf of Brunswick, Caz spoke about the inspiration behind Queer Bits, the importance of creating healthcare resources that genuinely reflect LGBTQ+ communities, and why improving awareness of cancer screening can help people make informed decisions about their health.
Speaking during the evening, John also reflected on the vital role community organisations play in supporting LGBTQ+ communities. From improving health and wellbeing to creating safe, welcoming spaces where people can connect and access trusted support, community organisations continue to make a lasting difference.
We would like to congratulate all of the finalists and winners recognised at this year’s Pride in Diversity Awards, and thank the organisers for an inspiring evening celebrating inclusion across Yorkshire.
As Brunswick continues to develop Queer Bits and our wider health and wellbeing work, this recognition reinforces the importance of creating services and campaigns that are inclusive, accessible and community led.
