Any staff team who completes the actions on the three-tiered awards below, will be awarded a Bronze, Silver or Gold badge and certificate that they can proudly display in their reception, office/classroom space and on their website and email signatures!

- 50% of staff have participated in an LGBTQ+ awareness briefing
- A core group of 5+ staff have participated in LGBTQ+ Allies training (half day)
- Service has appointed an LGBTQ+ allies staff lead
- Posters and displays around the service show positive messaging about, and are inclusive of LGBTQ+ patients
- Service recognises the importance of creating safer spaces for non-binary service users and staff - so offer private toilet and changing spaces
- All service policies are in the process of being reviewed to ensure they are inclusive
- Service has created an LGBTQ+ Allies Action Plan

- 75% of staff have participated in an LGBTQ+ awareness briefing
- A core group of 10+ staff have participated in LGBTQ+ Allies training (half day)
- 1 additional staff training has been accessed e.g. safeguarding trans young people, inclusive data collection and recording
- Service has engaged with local pride events and shares literature and info across service
- Service are making changes within their building to offer a gender neutral toilet and changing facility
- All service policies have been reviewed and are inclusive of LGBTQ+ staff and patients
- Service has an LGBTQ+ staff network

- 90% of staff have participated in an LGBTQ+ awareness briefing
- A core group of 20+ staff have participated in LGBTQ+ Allies training (full day)
- 2 additional staff training has been accessed e.g. safeguarding trans young people, inclusive data collection and recording
- Service has attended a local pride event and held a stall or joined the parade
- Service has in place at least two or more gender neutral toilets and changing facilities
- Service has a trans inclusion policy
- All literature is inclusive of LGBTQ+ patients
