Holmfirth Pride 2026

Brunswick is proud to be supporting Holmfirth Pride: Love Out Loud on Saturday 25 July, a full day celebrating love, respect, freedom and acceptance across Holmfirth.

We will be hosting the Well Proud Zone in Memorial Gardens, where you can find out more about LGBTQ+ health and wellbeing support available across Kirklees and Calderdale that are part of our Well Proud campagn.

The zone will offer a packed programme of inclusive activities throughout the day, including Pride yoga and Zumba, a silent disco, circus skills, face painting and creative activities. Visitors can also take part in the Puppy Parade, try the smoothie bike, leave a positive message at the Affirmation Station or simply enjoy a Pink Picnic in the Park.

Brunswick staff will be joined by colleagues from CGL, Kirklees Wellness Service and the LEVEL project. Together, we will be sharing information and advice about sexual health, mental and physical wellbeing, stopping smoking, alcohol and drug support, domestic abuse and wider LGBTQ+ services. Pop by to pick up a Well Proud tote bag, useful wellbeing information and a few giveaways. There will also be treats for any four-legged Pride visitors.

Elsewhere in the town, Pride will include a main stage programme of live music, drag performances and the Holmfirth Does Drag Race competition. There will also be sports activities, community art, family events and Pride celebrations hosted by local venues and businesses.

Holmfirth Pride takes place throughout the town on Saturday 25 July, with the Well Proud Zone running in Memorial Gardens from 12 noon.
