Have Your Say! HIV service survey

The Brunswick Centre have commissioned Eleanor Formby from Sheffield Hallam University and Jo Woodiwiss, an independent researcher, to evaluate the services they deliver for people living with HIV (and their carers) across Kirklees and Calderdale. If you have, or might, use these services we would like to hear from you.

This research and evaluation will be carried out over a number of years and consists of two main elements that will happen each year:

You can either fill in an anonymous online form here:

(or if you prefer ask a member of staff from Brunswick for a hard copy and stamped envelope). This form will include further information about the research and will be ‘open’ for most of the year. It will consist of a few open questions asking for your views about the service and what you might want from it – you don’t have to answer all the questions and you are free to write as much or as little as you like.

Or you can participate in a confidential interview:

In person or remotely (e.g. via Teams or Zoom or over the phone). Please contact Jo on Drjwoodiwiss@yahoo.com or ring 07823 417106 for more information and to arrange a time and format that suits you. We will give you a £20 voucher by way of a thank you for your time. During the interview we will ask questions about what you think about the service and, for example, if you would like to see any changes. Interviews could also take place at an event or activity where you go/engage with the service, if you would prefer that.
