Bounce Back - Building resilience and 'Bounceback-ability'

The Bounce Programme is a ‘learn-do’ course, made up of video tutorials that impart key theory and knowledge, followed by personal activities and exercises that give you the chance to put the theory into practice.

You’ll work from the inside out – starting with getting to know yourself better, unpicking personal truths, emotions and personal stories, in order to create newer, ‘truer’ stories. There are goals to set and plans to make – this course is about equipping you with tools and techniques that you can use in this course and beyond!

It has been proudly created by The Brunswick Centre and The Empathy Coach, and gratefully funded by Syngenta, Kirklees Council and Local Care Direct.

The Brunswick Centre provide this programme free-of-charge to service users in the hope that it will help them to greatly enhance their lives, become more independent, but mostly become happier, healthier versions of themselves!

Who is this course for?

The course is suitable for anyone that struggles with the day-to-day challenges that life throws at them, or for people that have goals they would like to achieve, but that feel stuck or unsure of how to progress.

How long does it take?

The course will take around 12 weeks to complete, but it really is at your own pace. There are weekly activities to do that can impact how long it takes, but these can be done for longer if needed.

We would recommend taking around 12 weeks to complete it in order to feel the full benefit of the work. Beyond that, there will be exercises and techniques that can be utilised every day, so this isn’t just a 12-week programme.
